Order and payment procedures

We currently take orders by email and phone. Give us a call or send an email to tell us about the products you're interested in, and we can put in an official order.

We'll then get you to send the relevant images and logos you have for the artwork.

Yes you can. We ship our products to all Australian states. Products we are not able to ship interstate will be noted on the products page.

PayPal is our primary method of taking credit card payments over the internet. Our payments are secure with PayPal.

A PayPal invoice will be sent to you, if you request to pay by credit card.

Although electronic funds transfers and ANZ direct deposits are our preferred method of payment, we also accept company cheques and money orders.

Cheques can be made to Bling Imaging or Anzo Pty Ltd, and mailed to:

After you have contacted us for the order, we start on the basic artwork aiming to complete within one business day, depending on our workload. Once you have approved the artwork and payment has been confirmed, we start the printing process.

It will be 2 days after printing before we despatch to allow the prints to dry completely. We use Australia Post for delivery, as well as Fastway Couriers for metro areas.

Below is the estimated time frames for Australia Post delivery within Australia:
QLD - 1 to 2 days NSW, ACT & VIC - 2 to 3 days SA, NT & TAS - 3 to 5 days WA - up to 7 business days

Artwork

We provide basic artwork free of charge. However, logos and images must be emailed to us. Please see our resources page if you need high quality images.

If you do need graphics design done for you, there is a charge of $40/hr for that service.

If the file you want to submit is less than 3MB, you may send it via email to: sales@blingimaging.com.au.
We will confirm when we have received your files.

For larger sized logos and images, we recommend using Dropbox, which is an excellent way to set up work folders that you want to share, and collaborate efficiently with team members. Upload your files into a folder and send us an invite to view it. Only those invited, will be able to see the contents of the folder. Please name all your artwork with your company name. If there are several files you'd like to send, you may zip the files and name it with your company name.

If you have Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw files of your artwork, we can accept those files as is. Otherwise, PDF or EPS files can be used. Please see below for file type guidelines.

If you are sending images, please ensure that they are a high quality resolution, especially if you are wanting to enlarge it. Please convert your pantone colours to CMYK or RGB for colour accuracy.

Illustrator CS4 or earlier
If you have used Illustrator to create your graphics, please send the original file. We will convert it to EPS for printing.

Photoshop CS4 or earlier
  • File types: JPG, PDF or TIF
  • CMYK or RGB colours only
  • Good resolution of at least 150dpi if to be enlarged
  • Please ensure that photos are not pixelated before submitting
Corel Draw 12 or earlier
  • Please send us the graphic file if created with Corel
  • File types: CDR or PDF
  • CMYK or RGB colours only
Adobe Acrobat PDF 8 or earlier
  • File types: PDF
  • CMYK or RGB colours only

If you opt to create your own artwork, please keep in mind the following measurements for bleeds.

Please Note:
Bleed is the printing term used for the printed area (with images and graphics) that extends to the edge of the print, leaving no white margin. Files with the bleeding area, need to be printed on larger paper and then trimmed down. For that reason, depending on which product, your graphic may need to be larger than the desired size.

  • Stickers: 2mm bleed all around
  • Posters: no bleed - exact size please
  • Small signs: no bleed - exact size please
  • Big signs: 10mm bleed all around
  • Banners: no bleed - exact size please
Please position your text away from the edges to ensure that frames and eyelets, etc., do not effect its readability.

Shipping and delivery

We dispatch orders via Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.

The estimated shipping time for Australia Post are:
QLD - 1 to 2 days
NSW, ACT & VIC - 2 to 3 days
SA, NT & TAS - 3 to 5 days
WA - up to 7 business days


It takes 1-2 business days delivery time for Fastway Couriers.

For small packages such as stickers, the flat rate to all states is $10 by Express Post.

Flat packs such as property signs and corflute signs will be approximately $12 to $15 by Registered Post, to all states.

Bulky items will be delivered by Fastway and will cost around $20 to $30, depending on the weight. We will give you the delivery price once the order is received.

Please note: We do not profit from delivery charges. You will pay the exact amount of the cost of delivery. We subsidise the cost with larger items.
